I think that years ago, when I first started cooking, one of the things that I really enjoyed experimenting with right off the bat was casseroles. I found that using pastas with different sauces and meats was not only fun but it was a way to be able to mix it up a bit on what I would cook for my family. Over the years I have continued cooking casseroles and my husband, who is also quite a cook, has also loved to cook many different and eat many different casserole dishes over the years. One thing that I learned is, there really is no limit on what you can do with a casserole. I mean, if you have the basics to start off with, and you have a creative imagination that goes well in the kitchen, well, you can really create some amazing casserole dishes for your family in the kitchen. Recently I was sent an amazing kit full of products, coupons and a gift card so that I could have everything I would need in order to create the perfect casserole dish using the basics that I was sent from Country Crock. We are in the summer months, and with summer being here, we love to cook a lot of fish, whether it be in the oven, or on the grill, we love to cook and eat fish during the summer months, so after going over the ingredients and looking at the recipe card that I was sent, I found fish to be a inspiration for my casserole creation. You also have to remember that I am in the south, so I do not just do any kind of fish, I went with the Southern variety craw fish. The dish I created is a spin off of a Lobster Bisque recipe that I found online. Instead of using lobster I used the craw fish tails. To make the casserole, I had to layer the dish by first putting in the cooked noodles, then the bisque, some medium cheddar cheese, then repeated the layering then topped off with bread crumbs and placed in the oven to bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes! To get a golden brown, take the lid off of your casserole dish in the last 3-4 minutes of the baking.

To go along side with this amazing Craw Fish Bisque Pasta, I broiled some Cajun Style Salmon, to give it some spice.
