Summer is here, and from the time my kids get up in the mornings to the time we go to bed in the evenings, we are constantly busy. My husband and I try to keep the summer days for the kids interesting, so that they do not get bored. In the mornings and early afternoons, it is my time to keep everyone busy, and we love to go swimming, whether it be at home or at the park, or we might go out and get some art supplies and make lots of fun and creative things. Then when my husband gets home, we like to plan out the rest of the day. My husband loves to go the park as well and he also loves to take the kids to the museums. We also may decide to catch a movie, then go to dinner after with the kids. It all depends on what kind of day we are having. For me, I am all about making memories with the kids, I want them to always look back on their summers and remember them as being fun. On top of the things we do at home, we also take our vacation and we plan the summer camps, but it is up to us to fill in the rest of the days with activities. One thing that I try to do a lot of when we are home is the local restaurants and the local attractions. I love that when I look into things to do locally, I can find things, like our local movie theaters, restaurants, museums, and amusement parks that are all kid friendly and that are all set up and ready to cater to families for the summer, and really at any time through out the year. So when you are looking for things to do with the kids this summer, check out what is available locally by heading over to sites like
TripAdvisor and
UrbanSpoon, where you can find reviews on local restaurants so you can make sure that you and your family have a great time when you go out with the family! I also love that whey I use sites like TripAdvisor and UrbanSpoon, I can use them for planning a night out, when we go out of town to plan our vacations and for when family comes into town as well! Well, to help with your plans, I will be giving one of my amazing readers an amazing prize pack that includes a 12' x 36' Intex Easy Set Pool, a $100 Fandago Gift Card and a $100 Visa Gift Card!!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
