• Room share, but don’t bed share. Bed sharing can put a child at risk of suffocation.

NEVER

• Never put your baby to sleep on any soft surface (adult beds, sofas, chairs, water beds, quilts, sheep skins etc.)
• Never dress your baby too warmly for sleep; keep room temperature 68-72 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Never allow anyone to smoke around your baby or take your baby into a room or car where someone has recently smoked.

When I think of Mothers Day, I think of a day of relaxation, a day where I can spend time with friends and family, and enjoy the day without having to worry about household chores and such. For me, when it comes to enjoying the day, I like to enjoy it by having a afternoon brunch with the family, then maybe a spa day with the girls. When we head to the spa, we like to have a glass of wine to enjoy, while we get pampered, so naturally one of the gifts my friends and I enjoy exchanging with one another is wine. With my wine, I do like to have it cooled down, and with the warm Texas weather, I find that just leaving my wine on a rack does not cut it for me. So when I was sent the NewAir AW-121E 12 Bottle Countertop Thermoelectric Stainless Steel Wine Cooler for review, I was not only excited to set it up, but also excited to have a nice cool place to store my wine in!

One of the things that really stood out for me would have to be the design. I really like that it is compact and that it fits nicely on my counter top. With the stainless steel design, I found that it fits right in with the other stainless steel products in my kitchen. Another feature that stood out when it comes to the basic looks is the soft LED blue light. The LED blue light is not only seen on the temperature control, but it is also seen on the inside, so it lights up my wine that is inside making it seen easily, but does not raise the temperature of the cooler. Giving it a very nice and stylish look!

With the interior features, aside from the LED blue light, which can be left on or turned off, I like that I can store up to 12 bottles and that the trays slide in and out very easily, making it so putting the wine in and getting it out is simple.

Then when it comes to the technical aspects, I like that controlling the temperatures are easy, by using the arrows that are on the top. The display, shows what the temperature is at, so you can monitor the temperature once it is set. I also found the quietness of this wine cooler to be a huge plus, especially at night, so you do not hear that vibration of bottles all night long while you are trying to sleep. Instead, you hear very little if any noise at all while it is running, and no vibrations. This is made possible with the thermoelectric cooling system, which helps to keep those vibrations of the cooler to a bare minimum, which is not only a plus when it comes to keeping those bottles from clinking while they are in the cooler, but since I store mine on the counter, it keeps anything else nearby from vibrating as well!

In my home, Frozen is a movie that seems to be on constant repeat. My kids, like many other kids out there, can sing the songs word for word, and even quote much of the movie as it plays. Life with little ones in the house seems amazing and filled with fun. It really doesn’t matter whether you are at home or a working mother because by the end of the day you will be completely exhausted after taking a shower you need some time to chill out. Going out on a weekend may seem like a great idea, but you don’t want to leave your kids all alone at home or it may not be a great idea calling a babysitter. Call a beautician

These days you will find plenty of spas & salons providing their services right at door step, so you can book a beautician and pamper yourself, by getting pedicure, manicure and a nice facial. While you can chat and gossip on the latest controversies over a glass of wine, also to listen some music.

Cook  

You all can plan for baking or grilling out some new recipe and experimenting it with all your friends as it will be more fun. You can cook and have delicious dinner rather than ordering the same regular stuff from a restaurant

Monthly Subscription Boxes from Taste Guru

When it comes to the question on what to cook, or what to eat, I find myself stumped more often than I would like. This is something that I might end up giving in on, by getting some fast food, or options that are not what I would like to eat and feed my family, but just go for because I can not think of another option at the time. I know that after talking to friends, this dilemma can be one that they too face, and that they too turn to the easy outs for instead of researching healthier options each time they have the issue at hand. So when I was introduced to Taste Guru, I found that I could find new options when I find myself stumped when it comes to foods, by checking out the gluten free products and recipe ideas that are in the box!

I think aside from the products in the box, I like the fact that I can get the Taste Guru Subscription Boxes delivered to my door, each month! For me, it is like being a kid all over again, waiting on a gift, except I do not have to wait for my birthday or Christmas, I can get a box delivered to my door each month! With Mothers Day just around the corner, it is time to head out and find those gifts to give mom. Like my own mom, I enjoy gifts that are both practical and unique, and with that in mind, one place I know I can shop at for those type of gifts is Novica. This way of creating the glasses make each glass unique, with different bubbles in the glass, and even the slightest variations in the shape, giving them a great, unique quality that is what I have found with each of my shopping experiences when I shop at Novica!

Aside from the beautiful collection of Mexican Blue Glass that I found at Novica, I also found the line of ceramic vases to fit in that category of being products that are both practical and unique, and also a line that will make for a great gift to give mom this year! I like that the products are ones that are crafted by artists from around the world, and I like that they come directly from the source, at very affordable prices. Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo Season 1 on DVD

Saturday Morning Cartoons is a tradition in my home, one that I can remember looking forward to before heading out to play with friends, and one my own kids enjoy as well. Of the shows we had enjoyed when my husband and I were kids, I would have to say that Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo is one that stands out! In my house, we not only grew up with Scooby-Doo and the various shows, but we have also enjoyed sharing those shows with our kids, who also enjoy watching them. So when we were sent the DVD, Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo Season 1 to review, I knew this would be a great collection of shows to share with my kids, and also a great one to take myself and my husband back to our own childhoods!




In this series, you get Scooby-Doo and the entire Mystery Inc gang, taking on those mysteries with the puppy power of Scrappy-Doo. Scrappy-Doo is a little pup with a lot of pep, who is not afraid of anything, ready to take on the scary bad guys without thinking twice, unlike Scooby-Doo and Shaggy.

This DVD is packed with 16 episodes which are filled with those funny situations that Scooby-Doo and Shaggy find themselves in, along with the mystery solving team and the puppy powered pup, Scrappy-Doo!
