The new year is upon us and I find that my family and I are seeking out the products that will help aid us in keeping those New Years Resolutions. Like many, I chose to find healthier ways of living for the new year, and with that I have found that when it comes to changing things both inside and outside of the home, that there are many tools out there that can help us in achieving those goals in the new year. One such product that I have been interested in trying out in my home as well as adding to my list of products to have in the home when it comes to finding ways to achieve a healthier environment in the home is a Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp. So when I was sent the Levoit Aria Natural Himalayan Crystal Salt Lamp, I was very curious to check it out and also add it to my list of great products to help with achieving better health in the new year.
Now unlike other items that I have on my list, such as various pieces of equipment for working out with and finding tools to help with cooking healthier meals for myself and my family, I find that this product is great for aiding in the overall well-being of myself and my family in the home. It does this by giving me a product that naturally ionizes the air in my home or work space.
This is done when the lamp is turned on and warms up the crystals that are in the base of this lamp. Once the crystals are warmed up, they attract water particles in the air which are then turned into negative ions, which in hand help to attract particles such as pollen and pollution that are in the air. These particles are ones that can cause issues with allergies and can make you sick, and once they are taken out of the air you are breathing in your home or work space, you begin to feel better. I also like that along with the removal of the water from the air that can be harmful to your breathing and irritating to allergies, I like that with the warm amber glow, that it helps calm and soothe your overall effect. Allowing you to wind down after a long day and reduce your stress levels!
Then when it comes to the look, I like that with this salt lamp that there are many salt crystals that you add to the lamp base, giving you both a lamp that offers a calming glow with the amber light, and a decorative item that is sure to look good in just about any area!
