Cupcake Vodka (Holiday Guide 2012)

For us, the holidays are here and we have started our holiday vacation. It is a very exciting time of year, we will get to see our family and spend time with them, which only happens once a year. Since this is the only time of the year that we get to see each other we like to have fun. This year, since my sister is flying in, and since she loves to have some drinks when we get together, I decided that we would give her gifts that she can consume while she is here. So when I was sent a bottle of the Cupcake Vodka, I knew that it would be a great bottle to wrap up and put under the tree for her this year!

The flavor I was sent was the Chiffon. I know that with the smooth and creamy taste of the Lemon Chiffon, this bottle of vodka is going to be one that my sister will really enjoy. I also know that when she gets it she will really enjoy making some fun drinks that we can mix up from the recipes that they have on the Cupcake Vodka website! On there we can choose the flavor of Cupcake Vodka we have then pick out which recipes we want to go with, which makes drinking this Cupcake Vodka even more fun to enjoy!! So this week when you are preparing to get together over the holidays and for the New Years celebrations, dont forget the Cupcake Vodka!!

Fizzy:

3 oz Cupcake Chiffon Vodka

3 oz  Lemon/Lime Soda

1 tsp Grenadine

1 tsp Powdered Sugar

Combine all ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with lemon twist. 

Fill a highball glass with ice and pour in ingredients. Stir and add grapefruit slice as garnish.
