#Giveaway Celebrating The Chinese New Year With Panda Express
Product received in the form of a gift card. All opinions are my own.
When it comes to my kids, I enjoy finding programs and services that can be fun and beneficial to them. Being able to find something of educational value from one of our favorite restaurants is a great way to bring the family together. With with Chinese New Year in full swing, one such place that we enjoy going to, to not only eat at but also find ways to teach our kids about a different culture is Panda Express. Now the Chinese New Year started on January 31 at the beginning of the Lunar Year, and it will run for 15 days, and when we head on over to Panda Express, we can enjoy the Firecracker Chicken Breast at only 250 calories! One of the traditions of the Chinese New Year celebrations is the Grand Feast where families come together to celebrate, and at Panda Express, we can enjoy the family feast option, where we can get 3 large entrees and 2 large sides to share, which is perfect to bring home and celebrate togetherness which is highly valued in the Chinese culture! Another plus about Panda Express with the kids is that they can learn about the Chinese New Year with the Chinese New Year Learn with Me program! This is a free program for educators, which offers a child-friendly interactive curriculum that helps educators teach the cultural significance of the Chinese New Year! This program is in its eighth year, and it is designed for second to fourth graders, giving teachers the tools they might need to help teach China's most time honored celebration! The kit is free, and with this great kit educators can get a Chinese New Year Video, a Year of the Horse Fact Sheet, The Jade Emperor's Game and Activity Sheet, a Chinese New Year Decoration Art Activity, and the Lai See (Red Envelope) Activity Sheet! Educators can head on over to the Panda Express website by going here to get their kit. Well with all of the Chinese New Year celebrations going on, the wonderful people from Panda Express would like to give one of my amazing readers a $10 gift card!
