Over this past year I have been on a mission to loose quite a bit of weight. It has not been a easy journey, I have had my ups and downs, but I am still on my mission to meet my goal. I think that one of the tools that I have found to be my salvation is being able to track my progress. I have been keeping a journal of my progress, so that I can look back and remember, oh yeah, I will not do that again, or hmmm, since that worked I will stick to that. The thing I think that I have a issue with, is my journal is not as accurate as I would like it to be. I mean sure, I can mark what time I go to bed then what time I get up in the morning, and count that, but if I am marking the time, then I am not asleep, and I know that like many other parents out there, I am not sleeping the entire night. I get up and check on my babies, making sure that everyone is sleeping well, and that they have their blankets on them. So, if I mark that I went to bed at midnight and got up at 6 am, well that is not all true since I get up at least once a night, and I might not go to sleep right at midnight. Recently I was sent a great new product that not only tracks my steps each day, and has a app that tracks my calories, but it also keeps track of my sleeping habits. I was sent the Jawbone UP Wristband from Best Buy to review.

I've been seeing these around lately - popping on blogger posts and FB, and I think they are very fashionable and functional.
