The holidays are coming and now is the time to find those gifts, especially when it comes to those fun personalized gifts! For my home, we have enjoyed finding personalized books for our kids over the years. So when we were given the chance to personalize and order a book from the personalized book collection at Hallmark, we were very excited to begin creating!

In my house, it seems that our little guy Wyatt is growing up so fast, and when it comes to what he finds fascinating, we like to encourage that fascination and imagination by finding products that he is sure to enjoy. And when it comes to his interests and what he is into, over the past year he has found that pirates are his thing. He seems to incorporate pirates into all of his imaginative play, and when it comes to the books he has been picking out lately, they have all been pirate themed in one way or another. So as we were looking over the selection of books from the personalized books at Hallmark, we found the Pirate Personalized Book to be the book for our Wyatt!

With this book, we got to make the story and the adventure about a Pirate named Wyatt! We were also able to create the character of the story to look like our Wyatt by choosing the hair texture and color along with the eye color, making it so Wyatt can really see himself as the pirate in his book, and find that adventure of the story to come to life in his imagination!

We also found that with the various stories that we can find when we shop the personalized books from Hallmark, we can create an entire library of fun stories for our kids, having them as the main characters in each story. Which plays into taking our story times to a whole new level when it comes to those precious imaginations!

Halloween Fun with Juicy Juice

With Halloween literally days away, I enjoy finding fun arts and crafts to do with the kids. In my house when we celebrate Halloween, we like to make everything fun and spooky. So when we were sent some Juicy Juice boxes to review, we decided to dress them up as fun Halloween monsters!

These boxes were simple to put together and I was able to incorporate our kids ages 3-11 in the fun. To get started we gave each of the kids their Juicy Juice boxes to dress up. From there, we brought out our craft box that had some foam pieces, pom poms, and pipe cleaners. To help with keeping the pieces on each of the boxes, we used some glue.

The kids found that decorating their juice boxes was a lot of fun, and they are a perfect craft idea for putting together for Halloween parties and for the kids to put in their lunches as well! Making Juicy Juice a great selection of drinks to add to your Halloween fun this year!!!
