The Smurfs and the Magic Flute

The Smurf's is a kids show that I and many others out there grew up loving. I enjoy sharing the shows that I grew up watching with my own kids. Recently I was sent a copy of the Smurfs and the Magic Flute to review on DVD!

In The Smurfs and the Magic Flute, a magical flute is just what Court Jester Peewit needs to play delightful tunes that make everyone in the kingdom dance — until the dancing turns dangerous. Sir Johan tries in vain to recover the musical instrument, but a thief named McCreep beats him to it, intending to use the flute to steal gold from the King’s subjects. It’s the Smurfs to the rescue when Papa Smurf devises a plan to create a second magical flute, and Peewit and Sir Johan go on a great adventure to find McCreep, win the musical duel and save the kingdom! The Smurfs and the Magic Flute will be available to bring home on DVD on August 14!!!

Heelys Shoes for Kids (Back To School Guide)

We have been doing our back to school shopping, and on our list every year for the kids is new shoes. My daughter has loved getting the Heelys each year, both for looks and for fun as well. My daughter loves that she can wear the Heelys to school then after school she can put her wheels on and roll around with her friends. Another thing that is great about Heelys is that each time we go on to get a new pair, there are more styles to choose from, new ones that are in and are what the kids want. I know that myself and the teachers appreciate the fact that the wheels can be taken off and on, so when she is at school she does not get in trouble from rolling around on the wheels, and when she gets home she can easily put her wheels on by using the key tool that is provided with her Heelys! To start off our back to school, my daughter decided that this year not only did she want a awesome new pair of Heelys, but she also wanted to shine, so we were sent a pair of the girls Heelys that are not only trendy but also light up to review!! My daughter loves them and she cant wait to wear them to school this coming school year! I love that at Heelys, not only do they have a great selection of the styles that are hot but they also have great sales and deals that you can find throughout the year and you can also purchase extra wheels to replace ones that can get lost or to chance up the style a bit!! Tea Collection Clothing For Kids (Back to School Guide)

Every where we go we find more and more of those back to school shopping ads and trends popping up. When it comes to back to school shopping, my kids like to stay on top of the newest trends of the season and as a mama it is my job to find those trends for them. I dont think my son really cares, just as long as the clothes look good on him and he can move around and be comfortable with them on, then he is ok with just about anything I might find for him. Then there is my daughter, my diva. She is not so easy to shop for anymore. It used to be that I could find these cute girly outfits and dress her up in them and she would just go with it, but as she gets older she finds herself to be somewhat of a fashion critic. She has her taste and certain brands that she likes to go with. I think that I am somewhat that way as well, when I find a brand that has the fit, comfort and trends that I like then I tend to stick with that brand. Well this year for our back to school shopping, as in previous years, I have found that when we shop the Tea Collection of clothing for the kids, I can hit a home run! My daughter has loved the Tea Collection for the past few years and I have yet to get her a item of clothing from the Tea Collection that she does not approve of. She and I both love that we can find various pieces of clothing then mix and match, make new outfits out of different pieces, and keep her style going with the various items. Then with my son, he also loves the Tea Collection. He loves that the clothing is comfortable and allows him to move and play as he pleases, I also love that they have the trendy clothing for boys as well as the girls so I can shop the Tea Collection for both of my kids and even for Wyatt once he gets here!

I think another plus about shopping the Tea Collection that both my daughter and I like is that when we are shopping online, we can find the pieces that my daughter likes then look at the other items we can add to the piece to change it up when she wants to. Well this year for back to school we were sent some really great items to review from the Tea Collection of kids clothing. For my daughter we were sent the Cycle Chic Tee as well as the Lunefuld Play Dress and the Butterfly Dot Dress, which will all make for great items to trend in this coming school year. I love that the girls dresses are made for kids, with the facts in mind that kids play and just like boys, girls need to have comfortable clothes that they are play in and be kids in!!!  For my son we were sent the Copenhagen Tee and the Lapa Polo with a great pair of cargo shorts! Just like the girls collection of clothing, the boys are comfortable and fun, and they keep little boys in mind with their styles and play when adding to the amazing collection of clothes from the Tea Collection! In all, when it comes to our back to school shopping, we love to shop the Tea Collection for the kids and find the trends that are hot for each season!!
