Paddington 2 in Theaters January 12th

The time that many Paddington fans like myself and my kids have been waiting for is coming, the time for the new movie, Paddington 2, which will be in theaters on January 12th. And like many fans out there, my youngest has been excited, counting down the days until we can head to our local theater to watch his favorite bear on the big screen again! So when we were sent the very adorable and lovable plush Paddington to care for and the Paddington Pop-Up London book to enjoy at bedtime, my youngest was pleased to be the one put in charge of caring for Paddington and sharing the book with his older siblings!

The Paddington Plush comes with a note, asking the recipient of this adorable bear to look after him. Paddington also comes clothed with the same clothes that he is wearing in the movie and his favorite snack in hand, a marmalade sandwich!

Then to go with this very adorable bear, we found the Paddington Pop-Up London book to be exactly what my little Paddington fan needed. Giving him pages that come to life with amazing detail added to each scene and a story that he enjoys following along with over and over again, as well as sharing with his older siblings. Making the choice to add the adorable Paddington Bear plush and the Paddington Pop-Up London book to your Paddington fans' collection one that is sure to bring a smile to their faces as they too await the January 12th date when they can go and see Paddington 2 on the big screen!

Staying Warm with the Black Bear Lodge Quilt Set from Latest Living

It is cold outside and in many places the wind is blowing and the snow is falling, making that cold very bitter and not something you want to get caught in. Like many who look forward to coming in from the cold weather to the warmth of my home, I find that I also like to stay warm indoors with the bedding I keep on my bed. So when we were sent the Black Bear Lodge Quilt Set to review from Latest Beading, I was excited to add it to my bed as I seek out the warmth from my home on these cold winter days.

With this set from Latest Living, we received a King Size quilt that measures at 100x90", giving us a large quilt that allows it to hang over the bed and keep my husband and I from playing the blanket stealing game while we sleep. Aside from the size that is very favorable in my house, I found the design and comfort the quilt offers to be exactly as described. Giving us that lodge like look to our room when we add the quilt and included shams to our bed. I also like that the material is soft which is always a huge plus in my book when it comes to the bedding we use, and the colors on the quilt allow me to use a variety of sheet sets and blankets when adding it to our bed.

Then when it comes to the use, I like that this quilt can be used as a bed topper to add that extra bit of warmth we seek in the winter months, and used as a light weight quilt during the warmer months. Allowing us to not only have it on hand to keep us warm on those cold winter nights, but also continue to use the quilt all year long. Leap! on Blu-Ray and DVD

Family movie night is a time in my house that everyone looks forward to. For us, we like to ensure that everyone gets a chance to share their favorite shows and movies, which includes the new titles we come across. So when we were sent the new movie, Leap! to review, we were excited to check it out and add it to our family movie night line up!



In this movie, you find a young girl with a dream. Félicie is a orphan who dreams of going to Paris and becoming a dancer. Along with Félicie who dreams of Paris, her best friend Victor also has big dreams of making it in Paris, but not as a dancer. Victor is a inventor who loves to create new things, and in order for both him and Félicie to make their dreams come true, the two run away from the orphanage to pursue their dreams in the big city of Paris. The thing is, the two find that it is not as easy as they had imagined and in order to attend the dance school in Paris, Félicie finds that she must pretend to be the daughter of a very wealthy family. Aside from the issue with who she is, she also learns pretty quickly that she has a tough road ahead of her, where due to her lack of training, that talent is not seen as enough and she must work hard to make her dreams a reality and finds a mentor in the most unlikely of places.
